After an information gathering exercise with you, either on the phone, email, or in person we research the best possible options for your business. This includes particulars such as which country has the best quality to price ratio for your particular products to be sourced from, or manufactured in.

Your product is then tendered out to a large audience of manufacturers who have specialist knowledge in your product area. GSS then collates and assesses all offers.

Thorough research is then undertaken on the best price to quality ratio of potential suppliers, their legitimacy, capacity, experience and standards.

Samples are then acquired for you from the best manufacturers, and you will be asked for feedback on them. They may be exactly what you want first off; however, if you are not satisfied we request another sample with the new changes until you are happy with the result.

GSS then negotiate the best prices and terms possible, and after approval from you the client, GSS place the order with the manufacturer.

When the order is completed GSS do a final quality check, and manage the final payment.

The Logistics, customs requirements, and other details required when importing into Australia are then tended to by GSS, and your products are delivered to your selected location.
